Core products: Lapped silicon wafers, polished silicon wafers, etched silicon wafers, and monocrystalline silicon ingots; with custom wafer processing services.

Our team includes 20+ professor-level senior engineers and engineers; operating Henan Provincial Engineering Research Center for Power Semiconductor Materials, Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, and Luoyang Enterprise R&D Center; contributing to 5 national standards for silicon materials; holding 40+ national patents.
